We are members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), which provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices, as well as the Lexcel accreditation, which is only awarded to those law firms who excel in what they do and pass a rigorous accreditation process.

To make it easier to represent you, regardless of which lender you are using, we are on the panels of all major lenders, and many others. If you choose a law firm that isn’t, you could end up paying double the legal fees.
