Managing Partner

Lucie joined Gibson Young in 2004, becoming a Partner in 2008 and Managing Partner in 2014. She is the accredited COFA (Compliance Officer for Finance) for the firm. Lucie’s focus is ensuring the firm is delivering the best legal advice and a personable service to clients. She unwaveringly believes that the success of a solicitors firm starts and ends with the quality of its’ staff. 

Solicitor | Partner

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2003, Gauri has over 14 years of experience in dealing with property matters. Gauri enjoys being a part of a client’s journey whether they are buying their first property, downsizing, extending a lease or re-mortgaging. As head of the Residential & Commercial Department, Gauri believes fully understanding a clients requirements at the outset is an integral part to providing a personal service.

CILEX Probate Practitioner| Partner

Tilly has been with Gibson Young for almost 20 years. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016 specialising in Probate & Estate Administration. In 2023 she became a Partner and was admitted as a CILEx Probate Practitioner. She is regulated by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and authorised to undertake Probate Activities in accordance with the Legal Services Act 2007. Tilly is also the accredited COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice) for the firm and part of our Residential Conveyancing Team.

Solicitor

Emily graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2015 and successfully completed her LPC with Masters in 2020. She joined Gibson Young in 2021 with 5 years’ experience working within civil litigation. Emily qualified in 2024 and now specialises in Private Client (Wills & LPAs).

Trainee Solicitor

Adam joined Gibson Young in 2022 with 6 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing.  He graduated from the University of East London with a 1st in Law and successfully completed the LPC with Distinction in 2021.  Adam's key areas of expertise are in residential remortgages and transfers of equity. He is currently completing his training contract.

Consultant Solicitor 

Susanna qualified in 1989. She specialises in matrimonial, family and ancillary relief matters and has dealt with numerous complex divorce settlements. Susanna is a trained family mediator and is a member of Resolution. Resolution members subscribe to promoting an approach to family law that is sensitive, constructive, cost effective and most likely to result in agreement.

Paralegal

Fiona initially joined Gibson Young in 2000 but having left to focus on her young family, rejoined the firm in 2017.  She works as an administrative assistant for various departments.  Fiona is a graduate with a 2:1 BSc honours degree and is currently studying the LMM Law Conversion course with SQE1.

Legal Secretary

Sheevani joined the firm in 2021 and works as a Legal Secretary in the Commercial and Residential Conveyancing department. She has over 19 years of experience working as a legal administrator and secretary within various areas of law.

Head of Accounts

Alycia joined the firm over twelve years ago and has worked her way up to Head of Accounts. Alycia completed her Professional Accountancy Course AAT in 2009 at BPP College of Accountancy and achieved her diploma in Level 2 & 3 in Accounting.

Accounts Assistant

Fiona joined Gibson Young in 2013 and has over 20 years' experience in accounts, 10 of which working in law firms.  She assists with all areas of accounts.
